I just want to thank you for such an easy and professional return. I have purchased shoes before and the return was so simple and professional that I recently ordered my boys' back to school shoes again w/ the thought that if any of the shoes did not fit, I could easily return them. (My boys just hate to shop!) Great company! Your customer service is awesome.

I just got the black Ugg langley boots and they are great!!! The delivery to The Netherlands took 1 weeks instead of 3 week, so do not freak out when it takes longer as promissed. They really come!
